Returns Policy
At Moonlight Layette we want you to be pleased with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied you may exchange your purchase when it is presented in it’s original condition.
- Exchanges can be made for 14 days from original purchase date.
- Items must be back at Moonlight Layette no later than the 14th day.
- Once your item has been received you’ll receive an email with a credit.
- The credit will be valid online for 24 hours. (Since our policy is exchange only.)
- We do not offer store credit.
- All items purchased on sale are final sale.
- All items purchased within a week before Yom Tov are final sale.
How to return an Item:
When returning an order we refund you for a store credit less our original shipping cost.
If you choose to use our label sent to you, we will deduct the shipping price for your return amount.
